Bing Ads
Learn how to integrate Bing Ads with Heeet to track search campaigns across Bing and Yahoo networks in Salesforce.
Bing Ads
Setup
In Salesforce, click on the app launcher and search for Heeet.
The Heeet settings page will open in a new window.
For each integration you want to activate, click on the
"Sign Up" / "Connect" button.
Select a start date from which you'd like to start
getting your campaigns data in Salesforce.
Select Start Date
Set a start date (we recommend to use today date to avoid syncing historical data and startcollecting campaign costs, impressions and clicks from today) + click on Save

Connect your account
Click on Sign in with Bing and connect your account (check all the permissions).
- You should see a confirmation message

- Select
Account IdsandCustomer Idsyou want to sync and click onSave
- You should have it in your URL = https://ui.ads.microsoft.com/campaign/vnext/overview?aid=25688xx&cid=80336xx&uid=96150279 (aid = account id, cid = customer ids)

- It is done with Bing Ads. The sync will occur every hour.
Data Sync
Once configured, Heeet will automatically sync the following data from Bing Ads to Salesforce:
- Campaign costs
- Impressions
- Clicks
- Conversion data
- Keyword performance
The sync occurs every hour to ensure your Salesforce data is always up to date.

With Bing Ads integration, you can:
- Track search campaign performance across Bing, Yahoo, and partner sites
- Monitor cost per click (CPC) and quality scores
- Analyze keyword performance and search terms
- Sync conversion events back to Bing for optimization
- Create custom audiences based on search behavior
